TRASH DAY! It is quite an event here on Dolores Dr. The kids love it even more in the summer when they can watch from outside. We sit or stand on the walk outside our house, and the kids clap and yell. They have made the trash man feel like quite the celebrity. He has even taken to dumping the front load, full or not, right in front of our house, and beeping his horn for an extra show. It really is a good bit of fun! Though on those really humid days, Abigail is not afraid to say that it's a stinky job. Josiah in particular loves the trash man, he thinks every big truck is a trash truck, and when he sees one he'll yell TRASH! Tonight at dinner he heard a loud truck outside and smiled so big and yelled trash, and tried to get up to see it. We had to tell him, no buddy, not the trash man, it's Sunday, he comes on Wednesday.
