The adventures of the Reilly family.
Here are some photos of Abigail on her new tricycle. It was by far her favorite present. She just hopped on it and tried to ride it right away. It has taken a few days but she is starting to be able to go pretty good. We love our sweet girl, she's just getting so big, so fast.
Abigail really likes to dance. Here is a picture of me and her dancing on her birthday. I don't remember if there was any music playing, but she doesn't need any music to dance with Daddy!
The other day Abigail got her phone, my (Allison's) sunglasses, and my shoes and went to the door and said, "Abigail leave Bonky's house." She has really talked more and more about going to Bonky's house since our last visit there. But this was just too funny, she is just so much fun sometimes.
Abigail's hair has gotten so long in the last few months. And it is finally long enough to put up in a pony tail. So here we are showing off our doos. I think that we are rather cute.
Well we really have had our hands full of beans this year, but luckily i've got a helper this time around. Here is me and my girl picking out the "yucky" parts and getting ready to can. She loves to be allowed to stand on a chair and help out, but she is a little liberal with what she considers yucky so I have to double check her work. But this is by far one of the sweetest things we've done recently.
Last year the wrapping paper was all Abigail cared about really. But this year it was just a means to an end, her presents! She tore through it all like an old pro, moving on to the next thing rather quickly after making some excited remarks about what had been inside. Here is a picture in the midst of all the chaos. It sure was a fun time!
HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY ABIGAIL!!! Today at 5:30pm was Miss Abigail's birthday and we celebrated in style. Here is a picture of Abigail having her cake (and eating it too). She recently has fallen in love with Larry the Cucumber and Bob the Tomato from Veggie Tales. We made her a Larry and Bob cake. (She's got a little Larry on her face here).
Here is Abigail and her Bonky (Grandma) at Oglebay Park once again. We took a ride on the train you see behind them through the Good Zoo. I think we have discovered where Abigail gets her picture facial expressions. Until you tell her to smile or show some teeth, this is what you get. I guess we should have said, "Bonky...show some teeth!".

Abigail loves hats. She especially loves to take her daddy's hat and wear it. Here she is having a bit of lunch with her stolen hat. She's quite the little ham when it comes to posing for the camera.
This past week we spent some time with Grandma Prysock. Abigail really took to her so well this time. Here they are getting in a good snuggle. It is really saying something that she is rocking with Grandma, she very rarely stops to sit with anyone, but she was having a great time. There was even a time when Daddy was chasing her and she tried to hide behind Grandma for protection, a sign of true love. More fun times to be had at Thanksgiving, Abigail can't wait to see you again Grandma!
It has been a while since we have stopped to blog. It is turning out to be a hectic summer for the Reilly's. I (John) went to YoungLife camp with some of my high school guys a couple weeks ago. I was home for one day and then it was off to WV for some family visits.
