Josiah has been learning to count. Here he is giving it a go after brushing his teeth and washing his hands for bed. I think he is pretty darn cute! I mean really, look at his face!

Today Josiah and I (John) had some well needed MAN-TIME...

We went to the music store to buy some new microphones for our church. Then we went on to West View to get our hair cuts. Josiah sat in one chair and I sat in the other. We got tandem hair cuts! He does so good with his hair cuts. He sits so still that even the barber says he does better than most adults.

Once our hair was cut we went to McDonald's, grabbed some lunch, and walked across the street. We made a picnic for ourselves on the curb so we could watch some heavy machinery tear down and level a building. Josiah LOVES bulldozers and backhoes, so this made his day.

It was a good morning.......MAN TIME.

Over the last week or so we have accumulated some leaves in our yard. Rather than rake them up and dispose of them. I've raked them into a huge pile at the end of our sliding board. A much better use I think. Here is Abigail enjoying Mommy's great idea, she calls it. She is so silly!

The other day the kids and I took our usual walk through the neighborhood, only to find a very fun surprise. One of the neighbors had raked all their leaves into a huge pile in the road. Well of course we had to play. Enjoy all the fun pics of our leaf fun!
