Josiah has recently really enjoyed spending some quality time looking at his hands. It is so cute how he'll just lay there and move them around staring at them. Man he's a great little guy!

So it's been super cold here recently, but we had to run something to the mailbox the other day. So here is Abigail all bundled up, gloves, hat and all. I thought it would be cute for her to pose beside our garden flag with the snowman on it. She really liked doing it, and then she asked to ride her bike. It was a little hard in the get up so it didn't last long, but she was cute trying.

I'm sure this will not be the last time that Josiah gets dressed up by Abigail. Here he is with a skillet from Abigail's kitchen on his head. There is a VeggieTales movie where the characters either wear shoes or pots on their heads, and after doing this Abigail said, "Look, just like Larry, with a pot on his head, HA!" But at least Josiah is a good sport.

Abigail has recently really become quite interested in talking on the phone, and she's doing so good at it too. She used to just let me hold the phone while she talked, but now she has to hold it herself, like the big girl she is. Here she is talking to Daddy during lunch the other day.

Abigail had her first cold of the season this week. Here she is shortly after waking up after a night of having a fever. At some point during the night her fever broke and she sweat, A LOT, so it did this to her hair. Even when she's sick she is so cute!

First let me just point out how much like his sister Josiah tends to look these days. But I also wanted to update everyone on his stats. He went to the doctor on Tuesday for his 4 month appointment. He is now 16 lbs. 12 oz. and is 27 and a little bit more inches long. He's not even on the chart for his length. What a big fella. But look at that smile, that's the biggest part about him, and the best too!

The other day we were playing on the floor and I thought it'd be fun to try to take a picture just by sticking the camera up and seeing what came out. Well Abigail wanted to lay on Josiah for the pic, and he decided to have a little fun with her too, as you can see. I'm sure this won't be the last of the silliness between the two of them. They truly are so much fun.

Speaking of rolls...guest what? Josiah finally rolled over from his back to his belly yesterday. For a while now he has been able to go from belly to back, but then he was stuck. Now he can roll every which way he pleases. This is a picture of him just moments after the big event. You can see how excited he is about the whole thing. We were too.

He goes to the Dr. this week for a checkup. His is 4 1/2 months old now! How the time has flown. We will let everyone know how the Dr.'s appt. went.

Abigail got a doctor's kit for Christmas and she spent much of the time at Bonky's checking everyone out. But here is a shot of her getting her heart checked by Pappy. I think she's doing fine.

Last week while up in West Virginia we went to visit John's Aunt and Uncle. While at there house Abigail had an encounter with a Santa just her size. Poor guy got tackled then she took his shoes.

We let Abigail open one present on Christmas Eve, he new PJ's. They are so cute with little monkeys on them. She looks like such a big girl in them. She just kept running around saying, I love my new jammies.

Here's another shot of Abigail ripping into some present. I think this one was her matching Nemo cup and bowl. She's been drinking out of a real cup, as opposed to a sippy for about 2 weeks now, and she's doing great, what a big girl she is getting to be.

Christmas morning sure was fun. This was the first year that we spent it at home. Here is Abigail ripping into one of the many things she opened that morning, she pretty much took the liberty of opening everyones stuff.
