The adventures of the Reilly family.
Last month we took advantage of some tickets a friend gave us and took the family to Kennywood for the day. It sure was a fun time! Here we are at the entrance, just ready to leave for the day. The kids were really tuckered out, but managed a smile!
Josiah and Abigail loved the roller coaster. So much so we took Samuel on it a little later in the day. He loved it too!
Last month Abigail finally lost her first tooth. I'm pretty sure she was one of the last ones in her class to do it, but she was excited just the same. She is growing up way too fast!
Last month John surprised Josiah one Saturday morning and took him kayaking on the river. What a fun man time!
Here is our big boy on his first day of preschool (last month.) Wow! I can't believe he's old enough already! So far he is loving it and learning so much and making some great new friends.
Josiah got to pick which cubby hole he wanted to use at preschool. He picked the same one as Abigail had two years ago. : )
This year we had a small bday at home on Sept 1st. His actual birthday, but then we went to Bonky's over the weekend to celebrate with the bigger family. What fun!

Josiah loved his dinosaur tower from Aunt Beckie and wasted no time getting to playing.
So he's been 4 for over a month now, but I still need to share these pics. Abigail worked so hard for weeks on various crafts and gifts for Josiah's bday. She hid them up in her bunkbed. Here he is proudly wearing the birthday crown she made him.
These water bottles are so cool. They hang around your neck and have a button that pops open the lid. Abigail and Samuel have them with their names on them. We will never find one with our big man's name on it. But I did find one with dinosaurs. Even better! He loves it!
For Josiah's birthday I thought it'd be fun to invite a few of his buddies to the zoo with us for the day. Here they are, from left to right, Josh, Josiah, and John.
Thanks to Ashely and Chrissy Josiah is now the proud owner of a potato gun. When Samuel laid down for his nap he and I made this cool target.
I cannot believe it's been a month and a half and I still haven't posted this. YIKES! This is Abigail on her first day of first grade! So sweet.
