That is close to my face
We've known forever that Abigail loves her lamb, but here is Josiah with his, slung over his shoulder, his favorite spot for it. The following pictures are a few weeks old, but cute none the less.

Josiah has become so attached to his Lamby recently. Any time I go to get him when he's woken up in the morning or at nap, he's got it slung over his shoulder. He looks for it throughout the day when he's feeling like a snuggle. What a great gift, that has kept on giving!
I was looking for a single picture to blog and I came across this. And what a funny picture it is. A few weeks back I was getting the kids ready for bed. It was a Thursday, so John wasn't here. Anyway, I took off Josiah's clothes and decided it would be nice to let him run naked for a minute. Well, while checking on Abigail he disappeared and got real quiet. I thought for sure he must be somewhere playing with pee on the floor. I went to find him, and instead I found him sitting, proud as can be on the couch. Not sure if he was proud about getting up there himself, or that he had done it naked. He is so silly!
Oh, that spring is here. I love it. The kids love it. And with spring comes the chance to eat outside. How fun is that. Here are some pictures of just such fun. Enjoy!
Abigail was too excited to use her "new" lunch box that Grandma gave her. It is actually an old tupperware one, that was mine (Allison's) when I was little. I told her I remember having picnics under a tree with my grandma, and she asked if we could do that sometime. So we did.
Abigail loves to eat, she is definitely my kid. She sure is cute shoving it in.
Josiah didn't quite get that you are supposed to sit and eat during a picnic. So here he is running away from the festivities.
I love this picture! Isn't he the silliest. He has taken to laying like this in the tub recently. He is so goofy!
This past week we took our first spring trips to the park. On Sunday John took the kids on his own, but then on Monday after dinner we went as a family. There is a path right through the woods in our neighborhood to get us there, which is part of the fun. So we walked out there and had a good old time. Here is our little guy loving the swings. I'm pretty sure it was all new to him, because the last time we went was Nov, and i'm sure he doesn't remember. Abigail on the other hand remembered it well, and is now swinging like a big girl learning to pump her legs. Josiah also loved the slides, especially the big twisty one in the tunnel. Good times with the Reillys!
So proud of his swinging he looks over at his sister in the swing next to him and gives out a yell.
I've posted pics of the kids using their foam letters before. But here's a fun one that I took the other day. Abigail had built a box around herself, and of course, then Josiah wanted to do likewise. So here they are. He really enjoyed it more than this picture shows, he's a silly kid. Especially if he's doing stuff with Abigail, he sure loves her!!!
Just to be silly the other day, John stuck this basketball in Josiah's onesie. He was really intrigued by the whole thing, and walked around with it like that for a while laughing. Then he wanted it out. But no sooner than we had gotten it out did he want it back in. Here he is, our silly boy, striking a pose with his big belly.
Once a month Abigail and I (John) go out on a date. We go out to dinner, do some other fun things, and get a treat (usually ice cream or pie). Today we went out on our date and we went to Chili's. We've not gone there yet, so I thought I would surprise my girl with something new. She loved dinner, but she really loved the big pepper outside the restaurant. So I took her picture beside it.
This is a few weeks late, but oh well.
